Does your nonprofit need a little help with the technical side of social media use? If your answer is "yes," this skill building workshop is for you. Our skill building workshops are a great chance for you to engage with social media in a supportive and structured environment. The one-day workshops will help nonprofit board members, employees, and volunteers build the hands-on skills they need to use social media effectively.
We'll walk step by step through creating a Facebook page, setting up a Twitter account, and introduce you to blogging platforms, Flickr and Delicious. The classes begin at 10:00 am and will end at 3:00 pm. We'll provide you with lunch and a computer to use. All you need to bring is a flash drive with your nonprofit organization's logo and a few relevant photos.
Only 20 participants will be accepted for each class, so sign up soon! Registrations will be approved on a first come, first serve basis.
